The Breakdown of 'In the Tall Grass', 'Tall Girl', 'Hello Privilege, It's Me, Chelsea' and Remembering Robert Forster

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian readers and listeners. For everyone else, have a fantastic Monday. To make your Monday fantastic, we have our latest episode of The Movie Breakdown where we will review three movies this week. It is October so you need a horror movie, and so we have the adaptation of the Stephen King and Joe Hill novella, In the Tall Grass. The kids are full into school now, and so why not talk about another coming-of-age story in Tall Girl. Then it is time for a documentary with Chelsea Handler exploring race and white privilege in Hello God, It's Me, Chelsea. We also do our every few-month segment where Scott catches up on a bunch of movies that I've already done solo reviews in the past and we now find out where he stands. Finally, we look back at the career of the great actor Robert Forster. As always, we had a great time recording show, and if you love it, then please help us out by spreading the word to other movie fans.

Reminder that you can subscribe either to The Movie Breakdown feed (a subscription link is at the top right hand of this site) or on iTunes (if you enjoy the show, please help us by giving us a five star review).

The Movies' Four-Star Rating:
