The Breakdown of 'Frozen 2', 'Klaus', 'A Vigilante', 'Sleepless' and 'The Book of Henry'

The Christmas season is upon us, so it is time for some family holiday movies. We have two really big animated family features to discuss. The biggest one is the huge Disney fantasy sequel as we return to Anna and Elsa in Frozen 2. Do you want an origin story of Santa Claus? We have that in the Netflix animated original Klaus. Then we have some stuff that isn't family friendly like the dark dramatic film about an abuse victim seeking out to save women and children from their abusers in A Vigilante. We also review a dark thriller about a corrupt cop trying to rescue his kidnapped son in Sleepless. Then we discuss a movie that we think may have been trying to be a family movie but instead became something very dark and insane in the misguided The Book of Henry.

We have a great time recording the show, and we appreciate you listening to us every week. The best way you can show your support is spread the word to other movie buffs.

Reminder that you can subscribe either to The Movie Breakdown feed (a subscription link is at the top right hand of this site) or on iTunes (if you enjoy the show, please help us by giving us a five star review).
